Minimum stay is normally 3 nights for all the year except the winter and summer high seasons. Change-over day is flexible but check availability calendar for variations. In some cases a full week may not have been taken up, in which an enquiry for a shorter stay is always welcome.
Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Payment of initial booking fee, damage/cleaning deposits and final fee can be made by cheques or bank transfer.
Guests are required to pay 20% of the holiday rental as a booking fee to secure the booking. The balance of the holiday booking and damage/cleaning deposit of £75.00 are required to be paid 28 days before the start of the holiday.
Once full payment has been made and the deposits received we will email you with a full information sheet containing the current code to access the key safe.
Booking and cancellation Policies
We aim to be as flexible as we can be and will try to accommodate changes to dates, circumstances whenever possible. However we have a defined booking and cancellation policy which will apply in the case of any dispute between a guest and us. To view these policies click here.
Arrival at the Flat
Before you leave home check you have your information sheet sent to you by email
On arrival
Check in time: 15:00, Check out time: 09.30
Park as near to the flat as you can. We do not have designated parking spaces but you are entitled to park up to two vehicles.
The entrance to the flat is up a short flight of stone steps opposite to the Ramblers Bar and Candle Room. The key safe is located to the left of the front door and is easy to use.
